I am currently in the process of building my own custom arcade game cabinet. I created the side art for it based off of the "mythos", characters, and logo of Destructoid.com's RetroforceGO! podcast. I'm a huge fan of RetroforceGO! and I figured it was only fitting to dedicate the cabinet to them. I always thought that "Retroforce" sounded like some sort of old game. After I posted the progress photos to my community blog, the show's host, Dyson, contacted me and asked if I would submit the artwork to be used for the first RetroforceGO! t-shirt. Of course I was over-joyed. This is the final (tweaked) artwork I sent him. The design is based on the old Galaga arcade artwork.
